The Royal Bengal Tiger growls, a marsh crocodile glides by and sloth bears bound at the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. As the largest and oldest national park in Rajasthan, this is your chance to photograph at what is considered as one of the jewels among the National Parks in India. Get up, close and personal with the Tigers, Indian leopards, dhole, striped hyena, jungle cats, sambar, spotted deer or barking deer.
The trip is led by media personnel and wildlife enthusiast Swati Tandon who has experience of over 15 years of media, canine behaviour and wildlife research; and has worked with leading studios like Columbia Pictures, 20th Century Fox and Salman Khan Films.

Day 1: 22nd October
Friday, 8 AM we will leave from Delhi in a luxury minibus. Arrive in Ranthambore at 2 PM at the Jungle Vilas resort. We check-in and have lunch at the resort.
After lunch, we attend a wildlife talk by experienced naturalists that will guide the group about Tiger conservation, history of tigers in Ranthambore and give us directions about how to conduct ourselves during the safaris.
After the wildlife session, we will proceed for dinner in the hotel and will retire early to start an exciting next day.
Day 2 and 3: 23rd and 24th October; Morning and Evening Safaris
We will spend the next two days doing the morning and evening safaris in the core areas of the jungle.
Our day will start from 6 am for the morning safari, we will return to the hotel for breakfast followed by some time free, lunch followed by the afternoon safari. This forest is picturesquely scattered with meadows and lakes, is home to many mammals like Indian leopards, slot bears, striped hyena, jungle cats, sambar, spotted deer or Chinkaras, Tiger, and Wild Dogs.
We will spend the evenings doing some critique sessions, tiger painting classes and attend cultural dinners with the local artists, dancers, and singers!
The naturalists are experienced enough to track the tigers and maximize our chances of photographing them. Apart from the Tigers we will look at several other animals and try and capture the mood of this beautiful forest.
Day 4: 25th October; Drive to Delhi
All good things must come to an end, alas. Today, after breakfast, we will leave for Delhi.
